As part of our commitment to service excellence, we have a system which helps you to choose products with a sufficient product life. We will specify the "product life" for certain products on our website. This is the number of days, starting on the date of delivery, until the expiry of the "use by", "best before" or "BBE" date which is stamped on the product.
Please note that if you do not choose a delivery slot before you fill your trolley, we will assume that the delivery date is the next day for the purpose of calculating the "product life". We will do our best to deliver products to you which have the "product life" we have specified, but there may be exceptions where we are not able to do so.
If any of the products we have delivered do not meet this Product Life Guarantee, then you can reject the products as being defective. The products you sent to me were defective We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract and each product is sold subject to its product description which can be found on the relevant page for that product.
If you think that any product you have received does not match its description, is not of satisfactory quality, does not meet any relevant guarantee we have made, or is otherwise faulty or defective, then in the first instance please contact Customer Services who will do their best to assist you. We reserve the right to ask you to send us reasonable evidence of any product affected by such issues. We will refund to you the cost of any product affected by such issues.
To receive a refund of an affected perishable product though, you must notify us of any such issues before the expiry of the "use by", "best before" or "BBE" date stamped on the product. For an explanation of what we mean by "perishable" please see section 1. The guarantees provided above are in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are defective, faulty or not as described. Where we give you a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
You must return any cancelled products to us as soon as reasonably practicable and, in any event, within 3 days of notifying us of the cancellation. Papa Smurf, Painter, and Greedy look in at the happy scene from one of the windows of the castle, with Greedy saying that they've got to save the Smurfs quickly.
Papa Smurf tells Greedy not to be hasty, because he needs to figure out how to turn the Smurfs back to normal, and to do that he will need something that monsters really hate. Greedy decided to pull out one of his garlic cookies to eat in order to help bring some inspiration to a solution, and soon enough its scent makes Papa Smurf remember that garlic is what he needs.
As for how they're going to get close enough to use the garlic, Papa Smurf comes up with an idea for that. By disguising themselves as monsters, the three Smurfs enter the grand hall of the castle unnoticed and approach the refreshment table to dump the garlic into the punch so that the monster Smurfs will drink of it and be changed to normal. As they head over to the table, though, three of the monster students get into a fight over a punch that causes one student to toss a bowl of punch onto the floor, splashing the three Smurfs and washing off the makeup they were wearing.
Soon the monster Smurfs and students see the three normal Smurfs and give chase after them while the professor continues to play music from his organ.
Greedy splits up from Papa Smurf and Painter and climbs up to the top of the pipe organ to dump the garlic into the pipes so that its odor reaches out into the entire grand hall. The garlic fumes make the monster students choke while it turns the monster Smurfs who breathe in the fumes back into regular Smurfs.
They quickly flee out of the castle and toward safety while Professor Von Monster Meister deals with Eyegor and Igor who have now failed his class. Back at the camp, Greedy makes up another batch of garlic cookies that taste much better than the previous batch because he now had sweetened the batch with flower nectar. Greedy finishes off the cookies on his tray and says that he hates leaving such a place like where they were, but then Grandpa sees that the professor and his class of monster students are quickly approaching their camp site, and tells Papa Smurf that now is a good time as any to put the last crystal in place.

Wonder and Smurfette couldn't believe their eyes. Everything was bright, colorful, and beautiful! Both Hefty and Brainy got close enough to also be gobbled up. Hero, Wonder, and Clumsy were huddled up together. Very slowly, they were approached by the flowers. Hero's hands glowed as he prepared himself to use an energy attack if he deemed it necessary. Nice flowers Suddenly, all the flowers started bending towards them, preparing to gobble them up.
None of the flowers could get to her. Hero used his energy to teleport himself a short distance away, and he continuously teleported to different nearby locations as the flowers chased after him.
Clumsy ran as fast as he could to escape, but he ran right into the open mouth of a flower he hadn't noticed. Four of the Smurfs were chewed up, spit out, and then gobbled up again, as the flowers each checked them out by tasting them. Brainy screamed every time his flower opened its mouth. Then all at once, the flowers decided they didn't live the flavor of Smurf and spit them out one by one, hurling them deep into the Forbidden Forest. Smurfette, Hefty, and Brainy each landed with a thud, covered in gooey, slimy plant saliva, but still in one piece.
Hero and Wonder watched them fly through the air as they were spat out, they used that brief moment of opportunity to escape from the strange flowers and rejoin with their friends. They were just about to turn back when Clumsy was shot out of the carnivorous flower and landed face-first into a Kissing Plant, which showered him with juicy red-lipstick kisses. He tried to wrestle his way out, but the Kissing Plant hugged him tightly with its vines.
We just met! I'm not that kind of Smurf! He plucked a leaf from a nearby plant to finish cleaning his face. Of course, it was a Boxing Plant, which started throwing punches like nobody's business. The big bug sniffed Clumsy's hat, then let out a sneeze, followed by a burst of fire from its mouth. The tip of Clumsy's hat turned black from smouldering flames. The other Smurfs moved in for a closer look at the flying insects. Hero contemplated what they said and lowered his guard. Brainy was thrilled at the sight, he flipped through a book he was carrying under his arm.
Let's see Brainy pondered her suggestion with deep consideration, "Yeah. Let's go with Dragonfly," he concluded. Clumsy stepped carefully away from the big bug. Even though Hero felt the sudden urge to chase after Clumsy and rescue him, he realized the Dragonfly wasn't harming him in anyway and he joined in with the other Smurfs in hysterical laughter, but Clumsy didn't find it funny at all.
