You could delete it once we're done troubleshooting. If you can visit the site without issues in the new user account, this suggests a problem in your main account--perhaps a problem with the hosts file or some DNS settings. I read through it and followed the suggestions but nothing worked.
Lyssa, I created another user account and that did not work either. In reading from that other thread and seeing that other people have had similar problems with the site on different browsers, is it possible that the problem is with the site's code that makes it incompatible with Apple? Just a thought. If you feed the site to validator. Did you try using the OpenDNS servers? I haven't had any problems getting to the site from various browsers on various operating systems.
